Terms of Use

Last updated October 30, 2026

These terms explain how to use the 1 in 65 Million Game, a life simulation provided on this website. By using the website and game, you agree to follow the guidelines below.

Playing and accounts

You must sign in before playing. Google authentication and email verification are provided through Clerk. Keep your account and verification codes private; do not share a code with anyone else.

Continuing after the free choices

After signing in, your first 10 choices are free. To continue, use an account with a verified email and make a one-time payment of ฿99 or US$2.99, depending on the currency shown by Stripe Checkout. Access is unlocked after the payment provider confirms the payment.

Saved progress

Saves are linked to your account and synced across devices through browser storage and Cloudflare D1. Syncing may be delayed or interrupted. Wait for the save confirmation before switching devices, and do not treat an online save as a backup for important information.

Appropriate use

Use the game for personal entertainment. Do not attempt to access another person’s account or systems without permission, or disrupt, damage, or misuse the service in a way that affects other players.

Service and changes

The game may be updated, changed, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Content, choices, and save behavior may change as the game develops. The latest revision date is shown on this page.

Third-party services and privacy

Sign-in, website storage, and payment use services provided by Clerk, Cloudflare, and Stripe. See the privacy policy for details about stored information and your controls.
